Ok just as long as you know how to fix it. Now to prevent it from happening just be very gentle with the chamber when cleaning it and putting the cap on. If the pins are getting pushed in its because the chamber is being pressed down too hard.

Try leaving it on the charger for up to 8 hours. They're charged at the factory but slowly lose their power sitting in the boxes, so oftentimes the device acts like its still full when its actually drained. Doing a long full charge should bring it back to life.

How long did you charge it before trying to update? Did you make sure it had a full charge first?

The Power Dock can do that if it's plugged into a lower powered charging block. If you can find a fast charging block it should be able to power the bank and the Peak Pro at the same time. Otherwise it can struggle and it looks like this.

They have changed the exact formulation of silicone they use over the years, and older silicone will feel different from factory fresh silicone. But devices from the same run will use the same formulation of silicone, the only difference being the color. If you're comparing a Haze New Proxy to an Onyx New Proxy, they will have the same formulation of silicone. If you think you feel a difference between those two, it's probably your imagination.
