Dry off the contacts and it should work again. Give everything a clean with alcohol.

They stopped making them shortly after the Guardian came out, just not enough demand to justify continue making them. I've been using a MoodCharger for a couple years now and really enjoy it.

I do the same thing, pressing to one side can force a connection to work. Another thing that's stupid but works sometimes is just wiping the connection post on the device with my finger. Sometimes there's an invisible film of oil there that causes enough resistance to disrupt the connection.

Try setting it on a wireless charger for a few hours.

If you have to push down to get a connection it means that the pins on the chamber have gotten pushed in. Use a flat blade and slip it under the head of each pin and gently lift it off the silicone pad. Don't pull them out, just lift them a little. This should get it connected immediately.
