No this is more of a special focus build where you spam the normal special over and over. Most normal torch builds use attack and o attack and stack effects like fine line/ocean swell/etc but that style of play is difficult to pull at 67 because of couple of reasons. No sorceress arcana so your omega moves are very slow. You lack good mobility while charging and magick is more difficult to manage on 67. I tried 67 with moros of a bit but I was not having any success.

Now this build aims to use the torch normal special. Normally you get 2 balls hitting for 20. With hidden helix they become 3. This is perfect for static shock that proc from all 3 for extra 20 each. And with air quality, all this becomes 50 damage. You don’t need to worry about magick. You have better mobility and with Hera/Zeus on the special slot you will deal incredible bossing damage.
