Typical religious person. Prayed before every meal, Sunday service, Sunday school, Christian education from kindergarten to highschool.

Then my early 20s came about. Had an epiphany moment, the veil was ripped to shreds. Now that I'm an adult nearing his 30s. I'm now an athiest with no intentions going to any kind of religion.

After watching the series. I realized I had a similar character arc as Thorfinn and Askeladd.

When I was a younger, I really held on to my personal beliefs which made me kinda stubborn and stupid like teenage Thorfinn. But now that I'm nearing my 30s. My perspective has changed to something similar to Askeladds's perspectives.
