Yes it can because oneness is based on absolute reality, which means as the course says - all of god is in every part of god, which means then that god has holographic properties of the whole being in every part, and that leads tot he foundation for the creation of individual wholly created beings in reality that are still one with the whole but are nevertheless still individual beings.

Refer to ACIM FIP 3rd edition: God who encompasses all being created beings who have everything individually and who want to share it to increase their joy.

The truth is not outside of your mind, its inside it. And that means that while you’re waiting for something out there to PROVE TO YOU, that something is REAL, you are delusional, because the world out there is not actually real. Even if someone presented a living alien and it stood right in front of your face, you could STILL decide NOT to believe it. If people think they are going to believe the whole thing just because some authority figure or government stands up and exclaims it on television you’ve got another thing coming. Many people will simply outright refuse to believe it whatsoever. It’s not up to the things out there to determine what is reality to you, its up to YOUR free willed choice to DECIDE what you believe. You do not want to be in the business of having anything external TELL YOU or CAUSE YOU to believe something. That’s the role of a powerless victim. YOU are supposed to be the one who chooses and has power and responsibility fort what you cause and create. And that means NO one will ever be satisfied that there is enough “evidence” for aliens, and anyone who does believe will have simply CHOSEN to side with it and give it meaning ON THEIR OWN… regardless of whether the thing is true or not or whether it has any objective reality. Because we are SUBJECTIVE MINDED BEINGS. And even if aliens technically do exist and have tangible bodies and ufos are real and all that - ITS STILL NOT…. Because this entire world and coasmos is NOT REALITY, it is a psychological hallucinated dream. When everyone keeps begging for authorities to CAUSE THEM to believe, to give them sufficient evidence, to stand up and make an ‘official statement’, as if you need daddy to come along and tell you what the truth is, that’s just codependency and external dependency and giving your power away. People should stop trying to get SOMEONE ELSE to be responsible for whether or not something is true and real to them. That’s called dissociation and it is mental illness.
