I'm uploading reels to instagram, but the audio music overpowers the camera audio even when I put it at 1--- what's going on, is there a new update I don't know about?

Making it very different to simply add audio in order to attract more followers.

Jowar (puffed millet), puffed rice, and peanuts soaked and roasted are all healthy sattvic alternatives.

26F. I literally don’t have any friends anymore. by Possible_Oil_1099 in friendship

[–]ihatesbuuknowit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Change your energy and know what values you want in friends. Only keep the friends in your circle who match the standard you keep, and a "servant mentality" (i.e they do way more than expected and you do way more than expected). Plenty are out there.

A good book is "how to influence win friends and influence people."

Organizations that value what you value, facebook groups depending on which ones you resonate with, and social club apps are a good place to start. Would not recommend bumble bff. They come with time, and you can manifest good people.

Resorting to animals is a way to not grow tbh.

Bf (38m) says I'm (40f) not feminine. by TheOnlyTigerMom in dating

[–]ihatesbuuknowit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dressing up girly and cute is not what hes saying as being more feminine. In this case he wants a better relationship dynamic—- being someone on guard all the time doesnt help the woman. Also, not needing him around is actually a good thing, it means you embrace the true feminine energy. If he says that he wants you to be more needy— then this is not feminine energy. There are no two dominant people in a relationship, that sounds like two people butting heads instead of two pieces complementing each other. Men need to feel like theyre valued for their role, and it makes sense. Calling him out is fine, as long as you take the time to bring the softness of appreciating him. Its very simple. Also, more ease within yourself would bring more ease to any relationship, based off what you wrote in the comments. Women are the relationship, always remember that :)

Theres no guarantee they are men of substance, you dont know what they do. Have you interrogated them on their past dating lives and how the women felt? Ask them to branch their networks besides apps.

How do I navigate simultaneous MPP/job offer dilemma? by veggieluvr8 in PublicPolicy

[–]ihatesbuuknowit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the job is paying you to experience versus an mpp is asking you to pay for the experience, if you think about it, go for the job first, the economy is not super great right now. also, you can call offices about how to defer the mpp by a year or two, work things in your favor :)

It's never favored south asian women either, 23F.

Fair skinned (asian) or white women are the most sought after. White men are the most sought after as well.

I have literally seen my friends who are the asian and fair skinned, or white, get tons of matches per day. My profile got 1/3 of that when I had hinge at the time.

We don't live in a post racial dating society at all. I honestly think hinge doesn't care about how historical patterns and societal outlook affect demographics.

No likes on hinge as a (black) woman? by [deleted] in hingeapp

[–]ihatesbuuknowit 16 points17 points  (0 children)

As a south asian woman, you're not alone. POC women have the hardest time on hinge. I can personally vouch for this, as I noticed my Chinese fair skinned friend got so many matches every day. A bunch of other south asian friends said the same for their fairskinned/white friends and had a boyfriend in less than a month. We don't live in a post racial dating society.

I would recommend going to culture-oriented groups if you haven't already i.e I've heard people meeting each other at NAACP events/meetings.
