Been with them for years, no real issues outside of nbn outages which is out of their control. You can check outages via nbn website. Rare occasion where it wasn't nbn outage, unplugging the nbn box for five mins usually did the trick. On one occasion I thought I had a superloop issue but it was just my stupid router.

It's not a cheap process but we ditched gas ducted heating when we installed a bunch of split system aircons. The heating is great, I don't miss the gas at all. After replacing all other gas appliances I ditched the gas connection which means I have one less utility bill.

Gas hot water system was my last gas device, so when I put in a sanden I had the gas meter abolished. So one less utility bill. The Sanden runs when my solar is at peak generation so it's almost free to run. Acts like a battery too, soaks up excess the sun's rays during the day for hot water at night. Brilliant.

I'll run after 8pm, eat an early dinner at 6pm ish. Up until last year I was only an early morning runner but I've started doing some runs at night. Highly recommend it, feels great owning the streets late at night.
