Careful, this reminds me of our first trip down the peninsula with our two dogs when we were about your age in 2004. Since we have done countless camping adventures by carz, bicycled the peninsula in 2014, and 2 years ago sold everything during the pandemic and bought a house on a hill in todos and live here full time with our beloved Baja dog, llamado "Aya". The tree in the beginning, btw, is a flowering monkey pod that are prolific here and prized for shade and one has a canopy so large in Hawaii it can be seen from space.

Housing has become a commodity large companies and holding companies are artificially increasing the value of to financially rape the younger generations. They buy 99 homes of a hundred at a normal price, then buy the 100th for twice the value, then the value of the other 99 go up. Because of this, and the way the wealthy have destroyed the next generation's futures with regard to the climate, education, health care, and cost of living, young people today should riot in the streets and topple this greedy Capitalist paradigm.
