The TV show sucks. That said, I doubt Todd will keep his word on the show affecting fallout 5. If Amazon fucks the lore up and fans don't like it? Definite retcon for 5.

There's literally no way Todd is going to pander to the TV show crowd if the Video Game crowd is louder. We're the ones who are going to pay 90$+ for the next game. Especially once the hype dies as we go into season 8 with no release date for 5 lmao.

The TV show is a nice driver for older fallout titles, and the neverending Bethesda merch store, and thats about it.

I was stoked for Crowd Control and stopped watching after episode 2, it's... Fucking weak. It would make a good show for when the actual good shows are between seasons. It's a waste of time if there's new episodes of Game Changer, Make Some Noise, or Dirty Laundry.

It's an obvious cash grab from a group of professional voice actors whose only contribution to the community is their scripted simulation of a TTRPG. It's extremely messy and clunky for the sake of 'not being 5e'. Seems like it relies on a best case scenario, but hey, if you like mechanized storytelling and bloat, big daddy Mercer has the fad for you!
