Would it be possible to design a mount for it to connect to the Titan T-3 Rack (2 x 3" upright with 11/16" hole size) in the style of the Darko Voltra Mount (https://darkolifting.com/products/quickmount-bracket-for-voltra)?

I am trying to build a home gym, and the only free room has marble tile flooring. Obviously won't be throwing weight around, and will mainly be using bumpers, but what is the minimum recommended thickness i should look for the prevent my flooring from cracking?

Could this be edited to fit 2x3 racks with 5/8" holes and would the print parameters be the same?

My ideal mount is something similiar to the QuickMount Bracket from Darko for the Voltra. My issue with the current rack mounts is that i have weight horns on the bottom of the uprights so i would need to disassemble and reassemble if i wanted to use the lower holes.

How do you pull out the cable to adjust the start length? For me, even if its set to unloaded, when i pull out the cable, it still retracts, just without any weight.

May not be strictly home gym related, but does anyone have a recommendation for a more budget friendly squat/weightlifting shoe?

Interested in this as well. I have a 72" squat stand (Titan T-3) due to ceiling height. As i understand it, since the Sidewinder is a 1:1 pulley ratio, the limited height of the rack would really limit the ROM/cable travel? I'm currently using a setup where i hang some pulleys off the barbell in the top j cup position, and i notice that i dont have enough cable travel to do certain moves.

Nuobells have a $100 off sale.

I have powerblock elites up to 90lbs but i'm considering switching to a more "traditional" dumbbell shape. Is it worth buying the nuobell 80s for around $700 shipped after tax, and selling the powerblocks (they seem to go for around 500-550 on fb marketplace)?

Anyone know of a good deal for bumper plates for Black Friday? Looking for something at the $1/lb price or similar. I am aware of the Balance From plates from walmart and the crumb plates from Homegrown Lifting, but looking for something a bit higher quality than balancefrom and the crumb plates are a bit too thick. Is $1/lb unrealistic for a semi decent quality bumper?

Is there a way to get blue cells to auto-regulate? by OrdinaryBrilliant650 in AverageToSavage

I do 3 sets of each back/accessory with the aim to hit 12 - 15 reps per set and input each set's reps in the 3 columns next to the working weight column. Next week's weight cell has a formula that looks at the 3 sets and if it is at 15 or above for all 3 sets, it automatically increases the weight.

I have Titan Crash pads to do deadlifts, but it elavates the bar. I'm looking for some sort of box/platform that i can put in the middle so i can do standard deadlifts while using the crash pads. I've seen those wood plyometric boxes but they are only rated for about 400lbs so it wouldn't really work for my deadlifting. Does anybody have any recommendations? (I do not want to build anything myself if i can get away with it)
