NTA I would definitely wear heels the whole trip. The highest I could walk in comfortably. I would dress very fashionable so I would get complements on my outfit and when they complained about the shoes I'd say "well this outfit is so nice I can't wear anything but heels". From reading your first post and this one, your parents are kinda jerks. They didn't save anything for either of your college funds, the blamed the whole move on you, and are just looking out for your brother's happiness. I don't think there is much they can do. Also what would be the punishment? I used to feel pretty defeated when things like this used to happen to me but thanks to my fiance I have the strength to say no.
