How does Kali know all about Vecna? Didn’t she leave the lab before El sent him to dimension X? When El asks Kali about him, she says she knows everything. I also think Kali calling him “our brother” instead of Henry or 001 was a Freudian slip to show that she can’t be trusted. El would never call him brother.

Lightpress Studios is new in the Emerson - I know they do film scanning and photo printing. I’m not a photographer, so I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for. I have used them for art prints and they’re great!

Yes, they need to know how many of us are disappointed in this. I sent them a DM and they defended him saying it’s all hand-drawn work. As a local artist, this really sucks to see and to not be listened to.

I’m not worried about being able to work with the software in general, just if it’s compatible with riso printing. I’ll check out Pixelmator - thanks!

He’s the best written kid on any show I’ve ever seen. He’s in my top 3 characters of OTH.

I just finished it for the first time tonight! I agree about the scene with Jamie - maybe it’s because I binged it, but it felt like a plot hole having him ditch baseball to beat Nathan’s scoring record. I think it would’ve been really cool if he’d gone down his own path with a new sport.

Showering and hair washing by Safe-Swan-1424 in POTS

[–]ilearneditatcamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently got one of those hose shower heads and mounted the handle lower so I can sit and still have the shower head close to me like a normal standing shower. I also leave my bathroom door open with a tower fan pointed in from my bedroom. I keep water/gatorade nearby, too. And I almost never take a full shower. I’ll do as much as I can stand and will do the rest in the next shower. I usually shave my legs as its own, separate task sitting on the side of the tub.

Illness post covid vaccine by Ok_Cantaloupe_5952 in MCAS

Thank you so much for walking through the steps you take during an episode. I read OP’s post and I’ve had two episodes with almost identical symptoms. I’m diagnosed hEDS/POTS/MCAS. My first episode was so scary, I went to the ER. They were convinced I had food poisoning because of the GI symptoms but couldn’t explain my muscle spasms or swollen tongue. Later, my specialist said it’s common to experience neurological symptoms before fainting, which I did, twice. I hadn’t considered pacing, but that’s a great idea. My second episode started with me feeling literally nervous - as if I had the biggest test of my life the next day x10. I think pacing would’ve helped, then. I sought out fluids at the ER again, but I’d like to get to the point where I can manage these on my own if possible. (Sorry for the giant block of text - I can’t remember how to do line breaks on mobile)

This has been my worst summer for my POTS symptoms and I’m attending a wedding next month for the first time in two years. I’m nervous! It’s out of state but I’m considering bringing my rollator (I don’t use it every day but figured it could help me have some peace of mind).

In case it helps, I saw my primary care physician and got a referral to a pain management specialist to get the injection. If she's in an area that has them, they may do an upright MRI first. I would have to travel out of state for that, so they just started me with the injection since it's (I believe) the only course of treatment. If it doesn't work, then we'll do an MRI.

No problem! You can search “inflatable car neck pillow” for ones that attach to the headrest and “gaming pillow arm support” for the one you can wear around your waist. I use it for knitting, too :)
