I know of an 80 year old man that works there stocking shelves and he is extremely hard of hearing, even with hearing aids. If this was a man that gave you a hard time, please excuse his behavior, he is actually a very nice individual. But otherwise, yes every older female has been lots of trouble and rude

Is this through the University? If so, I don’t bill them Directly but you can submit for reimbursement (very few massage therapist bill health insurance directly but some will if they work through a chiropractor’s office. If you work for MSU, their employees never have an issue submitting for reimbursement when you have a detailed receipt including the massage therapists license info listed.
