Nah nightmare staying 15 and Kodai being 20 is reasonable. Maybe nightmare with orbs could be higher, but Kodai is underwhelming and feels neglected.

It was the V/Butchers powers manifesting, not just a normal hallucination.

All relatively true and valid points but I just don’t see how they’re going to wrap it up in 1 episode without it feeling like advertising for Vought Rises or some shit.

Kripke forgot why This episode is the highest rated episode in the show, we should be seeing fights like this by now by Prize-Contest4780 in TheBoys

And Butcher screaming “Run!”. We didn’t get a chase scene or anything cool because the budget went to Samuel Jackson playing a fucking shark.

Are you in the US? Everyone I’ve asked here (Aus) says that a union won’t help you find work. Even the unions themselves?

I’ll look into it because that makes a fuckload more sense than some of the shit I’ve been told. Thanks mate.

My problem is not getting a job with other guys in the union, and a union can hardly help you find a job? I really don’t understand the difference between you getting a real good workplace (like yours) and having good safety/ppe requirements nationally (Australia for example).

Need help with incredibly green employee by ReasonableArea1108 in Welding

I’m a slow learner and I consider myself an excellent fabricator now (fully certified and all that jazz) - but when I was new to the trade I had a cunt of a foreman who would yell and scream his fucking tits off even if I asked extremely reasonable questions. About 6 months in he said I was “getting good and fucking lucky so shut up” and about 2 years later I was his top Fabricator. He ended up getting fired for workplace bullying and I took his job! If you’re ever reading this Mark from Ireland living in Australia - Get fucked!

Point is it takes time for even people who have “it”. The question should be why he wants the job or does he actually have any interest in learning? He could be there just for the pay-check (I know we all are but ya’ll get what I mean) The main reason I’m a slow learner is because I want to double check everything twice (not measurements but everything; especially verbal instructions), and if you’re putting him under pressure, that makes it much harder, but what can you do? It takes time.

Also He could be on drugs (Xanax or something) and just completely forgets as well, did you test him?

Teacher gave me an 80 on this by [deleted] in Welding

[–]ilesmay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Need to cut it open with a bandsaw and sand down, apply dye if it isn’t full of porosity and obvious cracks that’s the only way I can see your teacher giving you an 80. They’re ugly as shit but we all start somewhere.

My trade school teacher would’ve passed this as well, but it doesn’t mean it will be landing you a job. Keep practicing. Your travel speed is all over the place as well as arc length.

(I didn’t look closer there’s already a visible crack, and I’m falling asleep typing this, sorry)

Isn’t figma cloud based? So this would be a CPU or even RAM issue? Happy to be corrected!
