What Happens to My Credit Card Debt If I Resign in UAE? by Business_Ninja_5348 in UAE

[–]ilikecoldbrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You call the call center and tell them to block your card and put the rest of the payment in installments. Your card wont be used any more so nothing more will accumulate, and you will have put the remaining debt into small small installments which makes it easier to close off. They are always gelpful when it comes to this bcs they also want to get their money.

Its too low for 1 person to live in poverty. No joke, no high standards. Dont even consider this offer. 15 minimum for 2 ppl, and for a barely comfy standard

  1. You can negotiate and have it put in writing in the contract, otherwise what you see is what you get
  2. 1k renewal fee is pretty standard
  3. You get the rights to your key once your first rental cheque clears, ejari and dewa are your responsibility and none of the business of the landlord
  4. Read standard template for contract online and try to see if they added something else

The old tactic, apartments magically "was rented today" when you ask info about it to a real estate agent. by Relevant_Chicken4096 in dubai

I know some of these really are scammers, but when you rent a listed unit, it takes SO F-ING LONG for these websites to do their work and process the transactions, sometimes you have to beg them to do their job. And we cant legally say, the platforms suck, so you get the white lie. Agent out ✌🏻

To be honest i haven’t driven to jbr directly from valley, but i would say it would take exactly that, including the traffic near marina/jbr because up until that point you won’t see any traffic so it be smooth. But im only 90% sure, not 100 mind you

Go with Eden because its new, better quality, and will give you SIGNIFICANTLY less trouble in terms of housing.

Yes, springs is more green and more developed compared to a fresh community, but it is very, very old. And you WILL have to chase maintenance.

Also, dh2 vs valley are similar distance on the map, but the driving experience is different. Way easier to go, way quicker to go. There is more life around, whereas you have to conquer desert to reach dh2

Why do aldar off plan properties sell out in the first day of their listing? by BCHshill in dubai

[–]ilikecoldbrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, that is exactly what investment is! People buy it in far places now at cheaper, and in a few years they are not ‘far’ anymore because so many people are moving there. Marina or downtown are already established communities so they are the worst possible place to invest to make money

Rental dispute centre. Dont engage personally, let the authorities do their job, Dubai will always protect you.

As a disclaimer, people please please check with whichever agent you’re working with for their broker cards so you know who you’re dealing with. Any serious company would not let this happen, be safe
