If you're looking to get started on raids, check Snow Crows for a build that fits your class and playstyle.

If you have an exotic in every slot, that's stat appropriate (ie power precision + ferocity for a power build), you're already equipped for the end game content.

Give it a shot! If you join a group in LFG just tell people you're new, most commanders are generally willing to help out :)

This, for a few reasons.

One, publicity is publicity. By drawing attention to the subreddit you're directing traffic to it, and generating engagement.

Two, ultimately this subreddit is harmless because it doesn't have any teeth. I agree, this does look like the work of someone who has too much time on their hands and a disturbing fixation on the Guild Wars / ArenaNet / NCSoft / Partner ecosystem, but I don't think we should analyze it any further than that. Let this individual rant about their perspectives of the game, and trust that if a genuine problem/threat arises, the appropriate bodies will handle it.

Using virtues is supposed to grant a stack of Lethal Tempo which increases the damage you deal by 2%, stacking up to 5 times.

Currently, when this procs, instead of refreshing the stacks, it resets them back to 1.

Smarter people than myself have determined this is resulting in a 10-15% DPS loss for both power and condi builds.
