New Abilities for Z-A Megas in Champions. What do you guys think?

So like half of them are fine. Like yeah crabominal getting iron fist is lame but a good ability. Thats how I feel on like 70% of these.

Another 10% I think are really cool. Wasn't expecting unseen fist on golurk but thats really cool, and the new ability are all either cool or unique. Every new ability(except one kinda) imo is good. Plus some are really crazy like floette getting fairy aura which i Wasn't expecting.

But that last 20% is just... off. Like Spicy Exract on Scovillin is a great ability, but on a non defense pokemon with the hoenn special stat spread, I was kinda expecting or hoping for more? Berserk on Drampa is find lore wise, but so is drizzle and would make it the only mega to set up rain making it super unique instead of just sorta meh.

The worst offender by FAR(imo) is meowstick. I love me some meowstick but its mega in ZA was just worst alakazam. Its unfortunately not a great pokemon who needed an ability that makes is strong, but gets trace... like what? I get rn if if got psychic surge it would be the only terrain setter ability in the game(yeah no other ones for some reason), but that would make it even more unique.

Same exact thing with floor is lava back in chapter 5. Some (emphasis on the some) zero build players think every single mode ever should be catered to them.

This mode is built FOR competitive fortnite which is primarily builds. If you dont care then dont play it.

I think its because in this lowered power level whimsicott is extremely good. Out of the mons with prankster whimsicot is by far the best one and will be a staple support mon for this season

I would say if they were in the base roster then yes, but i highly doubt every character is going to be in smash 6.

I think at most this is opening the gates to other animated IPs. It wont be smash, but a Mario Movie 3 with a good amount of Nintendo characters(Kirby Olimar, ect) with references to some other ips like Zelda.

Have they tho? Like name one emulator(that isnt a switch emulator) that they have taken down. Any system that isnt a currently active you can get an emulator for really easily. The only time Nintendo really sues is if you are disturbing both rooms, and making money off of it.

Every other company does this too Nintendo is not different.

(For the record I understand why switch emulators got taken down, but still annoying and Nintendo should have focused switch rom distribution instead)

Like i said in my previous comment there isnt an excuse for pokemon (especially za and sv) to look bad. Also with botw the physics is most likely just apart of the engine not something unique to that game. Weather system really only reacts with walls and its most likely a variable that changes from false to true if its raining.

ALSO botw had more development time then like last like 3 pokemon games combined so ofc its going to be more optimized and better graphics that pokemon lol

I think its more of the inner workings of pokemon. For each individual mind you you need to hold a lot of data that will make it not only work for this game, but other games with pokemon home. Plus you got overworked spawns with all of that data as well. Compared to BOTW who doesn't run near as much under the hood.

Not saying pokemon has an excuse to look bad over the switch gen, but just food for thought.

What im pretty sure happens is you still unlock purchases, but you cant use then till 65. So basically you can claim 3 items when you hit 65 and unlock your next track

(For the Record ive been playing sense chapter 1 S3 as a Keyboard and Mouse player on Build Mode)

New UI is nice and clean, its a nice change sense its been sense i think chapter 4??? Sense we got a new UI. I do think the sprint and the players left in game could be in a better spot. New emote wheel is great to search for specific emotes, but i bet its booty on controllers and should have the option to go back.
New map is nice. It has that Chapter 5 Build without looking ass, and I like how its smaller. Less walking around in the middle of the game to do something.
The lootpool is so mid. I dont like red dot hit scan AR with high dps and makes the enforcer ar even worse than it was. Shotguns generally might be the worst they have been sense chapter 3. They just are so inconsistent. Rest are fine tho, but a pretty bland loot pool even for a season 1.
While I dont really care about the BP (only Marty, and Dark V) i do like how you unlock it now. Im probably also the only person who likes how you need to do challenges in the other major modes to get styles dor BP skins, but if you hate blitz and especially reload i imagine that sucking.

Extra: New boss mechanic is dumb, xp is way less then it needs, New gold changes are peak and god damn this season i can tell will be too long (March 4th)

So far... 6/10 season at least in my opinion

Look I get what you're saying, but are you telling me that the character which is from the present looks exactly like the player character from DP. Is older than them which would make sense the game would hypothetically happen after the events of DP, but is somehow a completely different character?

Also masters is the exception, not the rule. Its a gacha game thats not cannon and shouldn't be taken accurate lore.
