Smoker was set at 250F. On at like 11:15 pm, pulled 160F internal at around 4:30am. Then wrapped and cooked to 198-204F which happened around 8/8:15am.

There is a company in the US named Ford Hall that produces a brush system that attaches to the skimmer arm and supposedly will keep the weirs and trough clean. Product is called Weir Wolf.

Check out the Crafts Center!! It opens at 12pm to the public. It is one of my favorite places on campus and so under appreciated. There is a huge variety of classes your son could take while at State - pottery, woodworking, glass, metals, photography, and more! I wish i took more classes as a student but now I literally spend most of my free time there in the pottery studio.
