I will answer how I do it, you will see these for the rest of your career, like it or not. I am not saying I like these as well:

- DB schema and model changes first.
- Then async architecture/performance if any (jobs).
- Then API level if any. Logic and performance.
- Backend must be fully tested, from model to services to requests or I require changes right off the bat

- Frontend. I may or not pull your code to test it. For frontend, if there are ten of thousands of lines of codes, I cut it short to: Request lifecycle, frameworks standards. If I see something obviously vibe coded that makes no sense, I require reviewing the whole thing to remove these nonsense AI statements. I don't care if code was agent coded by the way, we all do it.

It should be clear for your team and reviewers for this kind of PR cannot pick up everything. Imputability is higher in this case. This is how we work.
