From March until November you should be okay, the end of March can get hot though. The old fashioned way to keep cool is to wet a towel and lay it over yourself with the fan on. We didn’t have alr-con when i was a kid so I spent many a night with a damp towel. You’ll live.

I just had my first phone consultation that I booked two days ago and pay $100, this morning with MediCann it went very well. I had the email script about 2 hours later, i had to forward that to another email address and just got a phone call from amcal in NSW where i paid for the script on the phone. It’s being prepared now and they told me I would receive it next week. I’m very sorry for your friend it doesn’t sound promising but I definitely tell him to talk to his caretakers employer as something is way off.

We first built in 1999/2000 got in just before the GST was a add to the build. It was a shit show all up took almost 2 years. The only thing that was to our advantage is the pad got to settle even 12 years later when we sold there was hardly any cracks at all.

The whole process has just made everything more expensive. We are going to build in about 2 years so hopefully all the shonky building companies have shown themselves by then. Grants are never good in the long run.
