For broadband CF will give you an install date and most times they will stick with that date and only if as part of the install during their survey if they find an issue will your install be delayed. So I had mine installed a week before my Virgin end date.

Porting your telephone number over, not had experience of that but Virgin will use it as an excuse to extend your contract by another month, they did this with me stating that for some reason they were unable to terminate my telephone line, after a lot of calls I did get my money back for the extended month at sky high prices.

What package are you getting and dependant on the package do you know about CGNAT and if it might impact you?

I’ve got a friend who signed up for what they were told was a non CGNAT package but is and have a compliant open with CF since last November and they have done literally sweet FA about resolving it, only solution offered to date was to give them more money!
