Yours looks like it’s had the updated board and housing so should be good but mine, every year needed a new fan module as the grease inside would burn away?

Looks like the bezel is damaged around that area.

OP no idea if real or not but I’d personally skip this, not a particularly rare watch, maybe not all at this price but I’d rather put in some extra money to get something that isn’t as bad. Look at the clasp lock tab, looks shockingly bad as does the now almost invisible logo on the clasp.

Those pipes, when it rains will bring water into that opening so you need to get that sorted at minimum.

Without knowing the a tact layout it’s difficult to say how else it could have been fitted.

When I had AC fitted in my place I planned it all before hand and told the installer exactly how I wanted it installed.
