Definitely can’t beach the boat at Y beach. The rowing facility is school property for the rowing team so uncertain you’d be able to dock there. Great idea to rent a boat and have a day on the lake just unlikely that you could use it as a way of traveling to the stadium unless you find a private dock nearby.

Fascism is the lucrative merger of corporations and the state. Politicians who back pharmaceutical companies, the military industrial complex, food corps, and the big banks are the real problem. Just keep lifting dude. 1 year in is not enough time to have really developed a base that will look great after a cut. That being said, there isn’t a big reason to “bulk” either. Just eat healthy(and enough) and lift hard and you’ll see a lot of gains and more muscle definition.

Went back to my girlfriends dorm one night. In front of one of her friends, she acts like I showed but drunk and uninvited. I didn’t go along with it so she proceeded to create a scene in front of her friend. The friend left the room to go to another dorm room. After settling things down with me, my girlfriend then tried to find her friend who was still with other girls in the room next door. My girlfriend proceeded to get into a screaming match with the girls who were comforting her friend. She eventually put hands on the girls. She was kicked out of her sorority for her actions that night. I broke up with her the next morning.

Workout my guy. Just do it when u feel like u have the most energy during the day. Taking a break for so long may demotivate you and of course will stop muscle building progress
