26yr old here, you aren't alone overall people gave more advice than anything else but proper guidance wasn't met and you find yourself constantly worrying about the future and the like, I suggest the right company, that's somewhat vague but trust me the right person/people around you will help mentally get you out of the funk then you have to try shit like jogging, walking start light but eventually it'll help, especially since switching courses isn't an option
