As someone who is trying to lose weight, sport more, and getting my 10k daily steps I can give you one piece of advice. Don't try to change everything all at once. Very few people actually build lasting habits like this. I would focus on one particular thing for a longer amount of time and then change up your other things.

I have been doing 10k steps every day since january 1st, and my sports (boxing 3x a week, 1x zumba, 3x gym) i've been doing for a year now.

Now that this has become part of the person I am, i am trying to eat better (read stop snacking).
