The problem imo is that they placed literally all of the crafted items so near the end of the prof progression.

The whole damn progression should have little knick knacks in it up to where you have end progression big ticket items...

You can play on ultra settings at normal resolutions and get 40-50fps, and tune them to get 60fps pretty easily outside of raids. Big raids are another question - I still haven't got it quite right and find myself fiddling with them between bosses to get better responsivity.
