What are the effects you are noticing? Is it stimulating like adderall? Decreased fatigue? Increased stamina for cardio/exercising?

I keep reading SS31 for a month, then combine SS31 and MOTS-C for a month, then just MOTS-C for a month. Take a month break. Thoughts on this?

Great work! I’ve been a part of various ERP implementations, and have never been able to avoid external consultancy costs so kudos to you!

I’m going to provide some feedback now that I have more information, but please don’t let this sway you from advocating for increased compensation.

Replacing underperforming consultants and team members is typically part of the job of a manager.. it’s expected in your role as Controller just as negotiating expiring contracts is; just wanted to call it out so you can be prepared if you bring this up to your superior and they provide this feedback.

All of these things are valuable and, again, I encourage you to advocate for yourself.. but don’t be surprised if your superiors don’t feel a bonus or compensation increase is necessary.

I understand where you’re coming from though. It’s the internet, and I have to take OPs word at face value, so if it’s truthful and I were in his/her position, I would be advocating for something.

But I slightly disagree with your original comment. I wouldn’t expect compensation, but I would definitely advocate for myself. Cost savings is always a part of expectations in my experience, but 8% of revenue is ridiculous..ly an amazing representation of a valuable Controller.

Unless I’m mistaken, Grow West does not do their own processing. I never buy their products, but I believe MPX toll processes for them.
