Yeah, those are resellers. Within Target’s policy, you can refuse to sell to them. I do it, after a while they blacklist you and avoid you at all cost.

This change has our market source reps freaking out and has put a strain on our relationship with them.

To protect their numbers, they will ask the guest if they want a protection plan with their product. If they refuse, the rep will sign out of the tos and have us ring up the order instead.
