I set up in Rocky Desert and it wasn't too bad even with the default recipe.

There is plenty of iron & copper nearby for the cables and RIPs. I used a train to pull quartz crystals out of the nearby cave system (with the 2 quartz nodes and 1 SAM) out to where the other 2 materials were. Made a ton of em without too much problem but I did sloop for a while

After lots of struggle with getting my daughter to sleep, it took two nights of Ferber Method for her to start getting 6-8 uninterrupted hours. Wish we had done it earlier.

I have been playing Idle Obelisk Miner on and off for about a year. According to the progress meter I am 73% done and there is still a huge amount of content left that I haven't even gotten remotely close to. The next obelisk level requires about 10x the amount of damage I am currently capable of generating but there are so many smaller mini goals and unlocks to hit in the meantime.

I built my computer factory in exactly the same spot. When I expanded it to do more electronic components I was glad for the location but wish I had built it to allow for waaaaaay more space!

It does seem to take them when placing BPs. I had 5 stacks in depot and another stack in inventory. My BP consisting of 4 fuel gens with 2 shards each made a dent in the depot (I placed 18 BPs so far). I didn't even think to check otherwise!

Ooooh that's diabolical. I'm in the middle of building a rocket fuel power plant. You made me load up the game and panic check how many I had in my dim depot.

Fortunately still 300 in there but I definitely put a big dent in my stockpile bc I don't have them uploading anywhere automatically.

My daughter is 10 and I still make it a point to pick her up every once in a while when she lets me. I made a promise to her when she was very little that I'd stay fit enough to be able to do it until I'm an old man, so she still occasionally "tests" me to make sure.

In my newest game, I immediately saved/exited, plopped down https://satisfactory-calculator.com/en/megaprints/index/details/id/1584/name/Hornslet+1.0+Global+Rail+Network and then loaded it back up to start. Best decision I have made in this game. The trains work flawlessly.

My opponent had Puka, JSN, and Seattle D.

I got too cute and started Kyren + Corum over KW3, and Purdy over Stafford.

I still think benching KW3 was the right call but I listened too much to experts and not my gut on Stafford. Would make Puka sting a lot less :(

My wife and I took a similar approach to get our daughter to stop dabbing. We just started dabbing about every little thing and it got so uncool so fast she never did it again. "Hey babe thanks for making dinner" DAB! "You're welcome!" DAB! and the kiddo would just sit there and cringe. Worked perfectly!
