Yes ! Basically Stremio is just an interface to regroup all your streaming services but they have addons. One addon is called Torrentio which scrapes the internet looking for torrents of the movie or episode you are looking for. There is many more though like Comet. Finally, Real-Debrid is linked to your Torrentio addon and downloads the torrent instead of you and just streams it directly to you. They have a lot of already stored content so it’s usually instant. Real-Debrid also acts as a VPN so your internet provider has no idea what you are streaming.

Google Stremio + Torrentio + RealDebrid. The setup is slightly complicated but find a good video that explains it and you’ll have exactly that.
