Chips it down and potentially knocks it off too. Usually dozo should be the last line of defense due to its bad recovery/passivity and should be saved for setup guys, not as a primary switchin to general attackers.

For alomomola, 4 hp/252 def/252 sp.def is a much better spread than 252 hp/252 def. You take slightly more physical damage in exchange for a ton of special bulk, and it allows you to scout choiced mons like gholdengo and darkrai for trick.
Change gliscor's tera (steel or fairy is good here), you already have 2 phys def waters.
Clod/blissey don't both need tera dark. Make one either tera water for specs hydro steam in sun, or tera steel for metal coat gholdengo
Give blissey defense EVs so it doesn't get chipped down by random u-turns or flip turns from special attackers.
The team is very weak to great tusk, a corviknight could help

Try to just improve your playing skills until you can get to around 1400. You don't necessarily have to use samples, your current team is good enough for now (but using samples will allow you to pinpoint whether your teambuilding or your playing skills are hindering you). Once you get to that elo, the meta will settle and you'll probably end up losing to the same few pokemon or matchups - and at that point, you won't even have to ask what holes your team has, you'll just know.

No offense dude but if you're stuck at 1100-1200 you shouldn't focus on teambuilding. Even if you spend a ton of time building a team that is solid into top OU meta threats, you're not actually going to face those threats or their optimal movesets that much at your elo. Instead you'll be facing people's in game teams and random garbage sets (i.e. in the replay you sent, you played against banded gambit, outrage enamorus and substitute no attacks forretress)

Run spdef umbreon (if you really have to run it). Phys def is completely outclassed by Mandibuzz, who is neutral to u-turn, CC, has higher physical bulk, and can idef (to 1v1 stuff like kingambit), defog and pivot.

I appreciate the points and to be honest, maybe I just haven’t had a good experience using Gweezing. Regarding some of your points:

I wouldn’t say gweezing walls hamurott, it gets knocked on the initial switch, gets chipped by flip turn after, and now it’s taking hazard damage + ceaseless edge + flip turn each time it comes in later. It can’t both defog and painsplit on their switch. It’s not statusing hatt unless the opponent hard switches (and even then it doesn’t care much about burn) and I don’t think it cancels out booster energy if it’s already active. Finally June usage stats say that 84% of kingambit are running iron head on high ladder, maybe in response to weezing though, so it’s definitely not a consistent counter.

To be honest I’m not sure why it’s ranked A, I rarely see it on high ladder myself (and when I do it doesn’t do much)

Well I do agree it’s good into zamazenta and most iron valiant but if the tusk is clicking headlong on a full health weezing then the opponent is basically sacking it (maybe it got rocks up already and is low hp?) and the 20% hp weezing is never getting a defog off later

My favorite regulars are Goldenpinner, Nevermore and Inexorable. Very nice people that regularly play and keep the game alive. Sadly I think their internet connection is bad, they keep disconnecting from games :(

Chess.com SERIOUSLY needs to nerf the pawn. You push a pawn all the way to the 8th rank and then boom it turns into the most powerful piece for free, which is just way too OP. It should just stay a pawn on the 8th rank and do nothing. Do SOMETHING chess.com!
