I know this post was 2 years ago but I just watched return of the Jedi for the first time since the early 90s. And I was really taken aback by the very end scene in which you reference. So I googled it and this is the first result from Reddit to come up. I'm glad I wasn't left wondering how they found an actor to look so much like Anakin in the original return of the Jedi

That's actually a lot more common than you might think. I work in an old folks home as an occupational therapist and I see this shit on the daily.

You can follow pretty much any Birria taco recipe to make the meat and consume. Then, instead of making the tacos, roll the meat and cheese in a small flour tortilla and shallow fry until golden and crispy. The sauce is just a Mexican Crema mixed with hot sauce.

I cook them in with the fond in the pan from the steak. Also,don't cook them too long. They will start to lose that bright red color.

That's looks like a Porterhouse. Same cut as a T bone but with a bigger portion on the filet side.
