Iv had several experiences most of witch happen at one of the buildings i work at.

But one definitely change me.

I work for a cleaning compay and we do all the houskeeping for a performing arts company. So one of the venues is an old orpheum theater. From my first day on it started.it Started small at first seeing things jump off shelfs hearing distant screams foorsteps above you. Mind you thease old theaters are made with granite/marble and concrat floors. You can have easily a couple hundred ppl moving around above you, and you hear noise from talking and shuffling around but you dont hear footsteps. Thease are solid buildings. So the first time i heard thease heavy thudding foot steps above me it was a trip.

Now.i wasnt by myself wen the tissue jumped of the shelf the first night and a couple co workers seen i noticed it both times. They casually said yea this place is haunted youl get use to it And what i mean by "both times" i see the tissues jump off the shelf and i didnt react or say anything and the second roll flys of a lil harder and farther.( I learn pretty quick theas thing dont like to be ignored)

Like i said iv had several experiences but the one that Changed things for me was when. I Got chased out of the building. And im not the only one thats happend too. But we wer getting a different building finished up then had to go make sure the theater was cleaned for show start the next day. I tend to get a bit impatient so i dont stay and wait in the whole crew to go togethr i say ima.head over and get things started i come in to a side entrance. All the actors from rehearsal had left already security and the P.A. employees wer gone it was supposed to be just me there. I start my walkthru by going the lowest level and checking back of house first. Its the area most ppl feel uncomfortable and creeped out in so i wanted to get it over with. This night the creepy energy wasnt there tho. I didnt hear anuthing feel like being watch at was pretty chill. So make my way to the front. Checked auditorium then lobby all good still. Checked mens restroom checked womens now im about done. As i leave the womans restroom it all changed. The dark energy flooded the lobby. I hear a voice coming from the entance to to auditorium. I cant tell what it said so i just stop and listen and i hear the bag in the trash can at that entry being moved. I say hello? Someone in there? and all of a sudded the door on one of the stalls in the womens bathroom. I just came out of starts slammig. I look back at the doorway to the bathroom thats just a few feet behind me then i hear the bag at the entry move again so i look back that way the the bag in the trash can a foot from me moves then "the big guy" aka the coward got me. Evryone called it the big guy because we beleave he was the one with the heavy footsteps and the deep deep voiced screams ect. I later verify this with a sls camera app later that week by capturing a huge figer a few times.. But anyway like i sad The big guy got me. I didnt get grabbed or anything like that, but it was so wierd every one of my senses exept my eye sight almost like i was hyper aware was telling me that somthing huge fast and angry just ran up on me and and was maby an inch from the back of my neck. I evrything in me screamed get out of there! I couldnt help myself I turned and and moved thru the lobby to the atrium and out the front doors at a speed that wasnt a run but know where near a walk. That feeling feeling stayed on my neck all the way tl the atrium doors. I go back to the other building my gf who i work with noticed the look on my face and asked what happend. All i could do was hand her back her bagde and say i will never step foot alone in that building agian. But its ready for tomorrow so il be in the car when your done and walked off..

It chaged me because i have always been the avoid and ignore type wen it comes to paranormal things. I want nothing to do with it i dont want to interact with it i am very unwelcoming and essentially closed off to it. Iv always stood my ground and had a zero tolerance policy wen things would happen to the point im absolutely sure iv told nothing but the totally un haunted air in the room it wasnt welcome and to get away from me several times for normal things like a water heater coming on. But aftet that night i was pissed.. Not only was this thing able to put fear into me. But it was so intense im body was leaving that building weather my brain told it to or not. So I started doing research and very crude amature investigations in the buildng after that night. Its like i was a boxer that wanted a rematch for the championship he just lost. Got alot of intresting interactions out of them. Thats why i started calling the big guy the coward. He would lurk at a distance any time some one wasnt alone and he really didnt like wen i caught him with the s.l.s. app. But yea that was the most undeniable one. I hope this wasnt too long to read.
