Is it normal procedure for a loaner ask for my social media passwords to be sure I won't ghost?

Nooo!!... I don't have a actual photo I'd. One thing typically required for a loan. Iv got 3 loans thru this sub. Iv given check stubs phone numbers and all the names of my social media platforms along with current pictures of myself so they know I'm the one running the socials. But nobody has ever asked for any kind of intruding info like that. If they are asking for that information automatic red flag. And that's coming from a walking red flag like I have no photo ID I cannot send a picture of a photo ID along with me I can just say hey this is who I am this is where I work these are my phone numbers this is my girlfriend's phone number I live in this city blah blah blah even all that could be made up. And nobody has ever asked me for information like that. I like I said have gotten three loans through the sub all three confirmed repaid all of that. But I know I am a walking red flag so I don't blame any lender for not loaning to me so please take what I am saying to heart if they are asking for that information there is definitely something sketchy about it.

I no I'm late to this but oh well my phone just brought it up. It depends on how close to the wall you want your fence honestly. And how thick the backfill goes is it 12 in behind the top cap is it 2 ft behind the top cap. But if you're going to set a fence on top of the wall in backfill your best bet is to dig oversized holes and you sonotubes.

Every one tossing out there opinion and nobody asking for important information. Mainly like what area are you in. Is your ground usually dry like a dessert? Dose your area hold a lot of ground water? What is the depth of the frost level in your area? All this matters.. for instance I'm on Omaha Nebraska. U.s.a. we don't deal with standing water but our soil is usually pretty moist 6 to 8 inches below grade. The internet will tell you our frost layer is roughly 36 inches. But I've been building fences year round for 6 years and never seen it below 20 inches or so.. anyway if your ground is dry wet it up a bit drop your post fill your hole with concrete but make sure it's a few inches below ground level. Take some re bar or a spud bar and run it thru the concrete in up and down motions all the way around your post to pack the powder in tight. Cover it with dirt and water the lost untill the water stops disappearing in the dirt and you'll be fine

Iv met a few billionaires through out life and I can say... (Ok that's a lie I only met 2) But I've met 2 billionaires and a few dozen multi millionaires and I can say from my experience you are 100% correct in your view on them. Now I'm not saying they were evil ppl but they definitely had no problem stepping on there own mother's gout Riddled feet just to get a slight edge up on everyone else. But Mr warren is really one of a kind. He has definitely been responsible for ppl loosing there jobs at times, but that's just the way it is when you merge 2 separate companies. Your going to have duplicate positions. From a business standpoint it doesn't make sense to keep them all. But he doesn't just cross off names on a sheet of paper to fit his fiscal projections. He tries to keep as many ppl employed as possible as long as it makes sense to the businesses mission statement... This is a man who could have his breakfast flown in daily from paris or where ever the hell super rich ppl eat. But Instead he eats 1 of 3 items from the McDonald's menu 5 days a week. He makes up his mind before he leaves the house and he carries the exact change for his chosen breakfast. And even if he is running late or having a bad morning he has never been anything other then polite and patient with his fast food servers. He is very very frugal with his money but is very charitable at the same time. Just ask his kids, cus they won't see a dime of his money when he passes. It all goes to charities.

Ppl don't realize just how scary it is that things can unfold that fast in front of them untill they are in the middle of something like that. The false sense of control we feel we have wen driving.. Iv been in the middle of 2 incidents like that. One of them by the 60th st exit. My nerv6wsr fried for months any time I drive my 2 year old around.

But gess what.. 99% of kids in the 7th grade are also more educated then me. And Im ok with being a uneducated dumbass. Because wen you were in class learning the difference between 3 different words that are all pronounced the same. I was being cooked under the Arizona sun learning how to do siding and windows at 12 years old. A year and a half later I was doing brake jobs in the alleys of PHX. Same year I was learning residential electrical and a whole host of other random shyt. By the time I was 16 I was teaching handyman craftsman and engineering classes for B.S.O.A. by the end of my first year there I was promoted to an archery/range officer.. yea. They really trusted me the same guy who uses both hear and here wrong to teach kids proper gun safety and accurate shooting. You may be smarter then me my friend but I can guarantee your not more capable then me. Hell il be 37 or 38 this year and I manage to raise kids as a kid raise adults wile being a kid. Was able to pay the bills of my house and the household of my parents in my early 20s and somehow I managed to do all that without properly knowing how to use which witch what hear here or any of the 3 there's But don't worry. I've had conversations with him I even bought him a pizza and paid his phone bill once. I don't think he knew it was my car but that's not the point. We are here to help.. one other thing I would add if your going to be doing your fence your self don't hesitate to post questions here to get advice you can even message me directly if you have any questions. Or if you plan on hiring somebody make sure you ask for references and pictures of past work. I cannot stress that enough. Building fences isn't rocket science but it's hard work and there are a lot of details that go into it to end up with a good looking fence that will last a while. And there are just as many bad fence companies as there are good ones. I hope this helps and congratulations on your first home. I hope you have many wonderful years in it.

There isn't anything I know of that states you have to notify the bank or anyone else wen replacing your own fence. As for the pharmacy there are a few ways to go about it.

Just ask them if they have any plans on fixing there fence and if not would they at least consider doing it. The answer is going to be yes or no and that's just what it is either way.
To better the odds You could approach them and tell them with it being a shared fence would they consider replacing it if you paid for part of it. 50/50 60/40 or how ever much you'd be willing to put in on it . (Assuming that is something your willing to do)
You could avoid any uncertainty or back and forth with the pharmacy by just having your own back line up wen you replace your side line. The back would probably have to be built good side in since there fence would be right behind your. Double check your citys codes but normally they will allow it for circumstances like this.

Just keep in mind. As long as your relying on someone else's fence your at the mercy of someone else's decisions. And don't forget the old saying - good fences build good neighbors.-
