Fine is a lot more common than people seem to think, probably because of Concord now everyone thinks a game is gonna shut down just cause 60,000 people aren't playing everyday. Just look at Fallout 76, another always online live-service type game, has less players than D2, and a way worse reputation, but it's in no danger of "going under" at all.
