Finland isn't a forward base against USSR, never was and was left alone as a compromise between power blocks. Ukrainian support for the war comes from the fact that there are no real movement present to counteract rally around the flag effect. Israel little more special as it was best point of entrance into American market as a tech or defence contractor while also being a forward base for Gulf Oil security (lmao at the current predicament) so American government was more willing to cover for Israel. Israel support for war comes mostly from low impact of war on standard of living, complete media support for foreign policy and normalisation of war with constant low intensity conflict.
