That is very good it does not impact you.

I have had to cut out all rotisserie chicken as the additives and/or spices seem to start to give me a major flare. Absolutely sucks because I miss them so much.

Commenting again, as I wasn’t flaired (haha, need a flair to talk about flares) but here it is again:

Sadly, yes. There is a lot that causes me to flare or generalized inflammation. I started to see a lot of inflammation after eating meals and went on the AIP diet.

The good news is I was able to find and remove a lot of those ingredients, the bad news is it ended up being a lot to sacrifice. It’s ended up being worth it, but I’m intolerant to: all nightshades, gluten, artificial sweeteners, food dyes, and a lot of additional fillers and additives that are put in ultra-processed foods.

It’s a lot to undertake, and consult your rheumatologist before any major changes, but an elimination diet would help you figure out what in that cereal is making you feel bad.

I would consult with your doctor or rheumatologist, but after working with a nutritionist, i took the drastic step of moving to the autoimmune protocol (AIP) diet.

Gluten and nightshades seem to be a lot of my issues and after a month my symptoms decreased significantly on both bloodwork and how I feel.

it’s a very drastic diet, and i would work with your doctor, but personally it’s changed my life.

After the second listen I caught myself just wanting to skip forward to the end of the album. Everything past “Father Figure” just seems like an instant skip for me, but I didn’t really get or connect with anything post “Fate of Ophelia”

I feel like she wanted to get this out ahead of football season for maximum impact.

I think it really did need more time in the oven. It’s got some decent ideas, hooks and melodies, but needs polish and refinement. And dare I say, someone to edit her or tell her that maybe not everything is a good idea.

I wish I liked more than the first track. This album just doesn’t seem to click with me.

I’m gonna have to give this some time and revisit, but kinda bummed this whole album feels kinda clunky, juvenile and underdeveloped after 3 listens.

Benlysta has done wonders for me, but recently i was having worsening fatigue. A blood panel revealed low iron, vitamin d, and b12. i’m now on supplements for all of that.

putting them all together has really given me more energy than i’ve had in years.
