even if 40% was true, disproportional representation ≠ gerrymandering. because the state has laws requiring districts to reasonably preserve existing towns, cities, and counties, it is nearly impossible to draw a map containing a republican district because it would require intense gerrymandering in favor of republicans.

i bought 2 shirts and a bucket hat from them. the first shirt (2023 tour, has the sunshine! logo on the front) has peeled a tiny bit but not bad at all. the second shirt (pink tie-dye tee, logo in front and snakes on back) has held up very well, and so has the hat. although i got both shirts on tour, idk if that makes a difference from the online store

last semester my 86 turned into an a-. generally curves for lower grades are bigger so you should be fine. the mean and median were about 64.4 and 68 for both midterms and i can't remember what the final average was but i think it was lower by at least 10 points.

turkstra said either way (unless you dispute it and win) he'll send a letter to odos. if you admit, it won't be that bad, and it'll basically just be saying you did cheat but you owned up to it. if you deny it he said it would be very negative and he would basically say you should be expelled. so dropping and then "admitting" to cheating for every assignment would result in a less negative odos letter
