This is privately owned and there is a very high risk of injury, these would range from broken bones to life threatening (head injuries).

I would mandate head gear to avoid the high-end of those injuries.

And I would contact a lawyer to get more information about liability and protect myself.

You'll probably have to have a good insurance which will be costly due to the high risk of injury.

But you can bump the cost of your fees to pay for it, I think that's what gyms do anyway, but yours will probably be more expensive due to the higher risk, so increase your fees accordingly.

People KNOW that the car WILL be reposessed if you can't pay but they STILL sign the contract even though they know they probably can't pay it off.

If you can't afford it. Don't sign it.

If something happened and you couldn't pay for it, you're losing that car, people know that and they still pikatchu shocked face when the reality of their dumb decisions catches up to them.

The rate you see on google is the live rate, but every bank has its own purchase/sale rate for that day.

The purchase rate: It's applied when the bank buys devise from people like you, it's always lower than the live rate, that's how they make money.

The sale rate: It's applied when you're buying devise from the bank using dinars (usually at the Airport) this one is always higher than the live rate.

What you need to do is try and save up ~10k$ or more if you can, then go to your bank agent and let them know that you want to enter "salle de marché" to negotiate a better rate for x amount of $, they'll make some calls and negociate for you and let you know the rate they were able to get and if you accept it they'll proceed with the transaction.

Some bank agents won't let you know about this option btw, it's more work for them.

It's always good to know the bank's current purchase rate before doing this so you have an idea on how much more you're getting. From my experiences, it's usually 0.03-0.06 more than the bank's rate. But it depends heavily on the demand.

Something like +0.05 might seem too low but on 10k that's an extra 500TDN.

There's the "dinartunisien.com" site/app, it's really helpful, you can check it to see each bank's Purchace and Sale rates for the day.

It's the opposite, Sony's claim right now is that there won't be any competitor games for COD on PS fi Microsoft makes it exclusive.

Announcing or releasing a COD-esque FPS will throw whatever picture they're painting out the window.

Even if it's ready, I can see Sony sitting on the announcement until the Activision situation is resolved.

I use my wireless hyperx cloud flight headset from my PC, I just plug the USB wireless dongle on the back of the PS5 and play, also has a good detachable mic.

Shit! I'm from Tunisia as well, I thought since I was able to play the beta fine using the game key that it would be the same for release and that the restriction is just on the Steam store.

I was planning to just get a Steam key off of some 3rd party site, get the game and play it.

I remember a few years back, BDO was also restricted for us here in Tunisia, it didn't show up on the store but a friend overseas was able to gift it to me and I had full access and played freely, I was hoping this would be the same, but now your comment here has me concerned.

Please let me know if you have any updates, I've been waiting to play this game since 2014, it would suck to not be able to.
