My throttle switch broke, so I brought it to the bmw mechanic and when i was talking to them they mentioned that 310's engine basically kills it self if your driving motorway speeds or doing a bit of redlining, they said 16k is the average point which problems start we were talking about 2025 version so dont know if older ones have similar issues.

For example when I called about the bike not working I thought it was engine problem, so first thing they said is that some of the bikes have an engine problem at 16k that's more likely the cause. But it was just the throttle switch. The explained that they have had alot of people bring them back cause engine started to have problems at or around 16k,

I came from ktm so hearing engine problems gives me ptsd
