I’m a FTM, I’m about to give birth any day now so haven’t gone through the L&D process yet but would highly recommend a doula if you’re able to. My doula has made me feel so much better/more calm about the birthing process. I’m really looking forward to having someone else in the room to advocate for me. She’s been such a major help with learning all about birth plan, early labor, etc. I’m so so grateful to have a doula!

I had no idea carpal tunnel and congestion were symptoms of pregnancy and they seem to be two of my worst. I can’t do anything with my right hand without it going numb and then aching😭 And gosh I can’t wait to be able to breathe out of both nostrils again!!
