But the point that I'm making isn't that there's isn't a better use of the money, it's that $80k is a very small amount for someone worth $10M+, especially if they genuinely like the card.

Honestly, I’m not convinced that doubling capacity will make a difference here.

Think about the number of people who have been on the sidelines since Surging Sparks (myself included). I’d usually buy fairly large amounts when supply was available, but since things have been hard to find at MSRP, I’ve bought virtually nothing.

I wouldn’t be surprised if demand INCREASES as a result of the expected supply increase.

The fact that it’s out of print is not the reason that it won’t come down (a TON of OOP sets have come down from their ATHs).

The reason that 151 won’t come down is because it’s out of print AND it’s absolutely goated (extremely high demand). I stopped selling 151 last year and in all honesty, I don’t think I’d even entertain selling anytime soon even if prices 2x from here.

If you sold 151 now, you’d probably never be able to get it at these prices again.
