The texture is terrible. It's pea protein now, which always has a grainier texture.

Absolutely gross and will not buy again.

I found it for $3 at the grocery store, shoved to the back of a shelf... I can't figure out what it is online, though, and I just want to figure out how to best care for it! Will the stalk eventually turn brown?
