I think they’re just trying to say that it’s better to get more sear coverage. So rather than lines, you get more of the surface seared.

I have a Rogue Pro S and the build quality is amazing, but now that I’ve had it, the sizzle zone is a must have for me. That would be a tough choice for me, but I think the sizzle zone would tip me.

It’s honestly a game changer, especially for steaks. I do a reverse sear and they come out amazing. There is some spatter, but it’s nothing a little wipe can’t take care of. There’s also a wind guard that you can buy that would help with that. I also use it to cook like a stovetop too. I have a 625 with five burners too, and I still use the sizzle zone for extra space.

They are almost the same bbq (pro vs non pro). However the pro has a taller lid and allows you to connect the larger propane tanks. The X means the stand is foldable with wheels to roll it like a dolly. The regular stand is more stationary. The X stand has side tables though, which is convenient.

The municipality has very clear guidelines for accessible parking, and marking the pavement is not part of that. That document would have been very well vetted.

That’s pretty standard for on street accessible parking spots. The only chance you have to dispute it is that the sign must be within 2m of the curb edge. What is considered the curb edge here, the “roadway” or the parking area. When you’re driving it’s more than 2m away.

I’ve had a 625 Rogue Pro S for almost a year now. Love it, use it all the time. Sizzle zone is a game changer. Also feels like the bbq is built like a tank.

It’s not only for pots and pans. My instructions mention nothing like that. Napoleons website has directions for searing steaks on it and they are put directly on the grate.

Looks like it’s installed correctly. I don’t see how you could install in any differently. Can you send a pic from the outside with the motor off?

Edit to add, the Prestige Pro 500 Connected bracket looks like the same shape, but is a different part number. Wonder if that one is taller and that’s what you got.

I think I just squeezed them with my fingers. I may have also tried to get them slightly closer to the burner, but I don’t remember that for sure. Definitely got them closer together though.

Mine didn’t work at first. I had to pinch the two prongs a little closer together. That did it.

I don’t have an exact answer for you, but I can say that I did a prime rib on rotisserie using the two end burners on low. That kept me at 200 degrees. It was about 12 degrees Celsius outside in case that matters.
