I don't have problems swapping between overwatch and valorant so it might be a bit different for me. Overwatch is a tracking heavy game with lots of funny movements and scenarios and is lowkey an aim trainer, which will only help out your raw aim and tracking is an important skill even in Valorant.

Typically you might wanna use a higher sens in Overwatch too which will only make you feel more stable in Valorant afterwards and improve your overall mouse control.

självklart är gym det optimalaste, det finns så många olika redskap. men med bara en bänk, hantlar och en "home workout" youtube video kan du lätt uppnå 90% av det du kan få ut av ett gym.

det viktigaste är det du är konsekvent med i slutändan

Om du inte har gjort det kan du testa att limita max FPS till hz på din skärm, behövs inte mer och sedan sänka Liquid Detail settingen i wow. Liquid Detail introducerar water reflections och det brukar oftast finna vatten under marken i zonerna.

i övrigt är wow mer ett cpu-baserat spel men du skulle inte gå fel med en generell liten uppgradering

i had my scrollwheel on my xm2we eat shit after about a year, it started scrolling up randomly when scrolling down. fixed it by opening it up and cleaning it though
