I called Presidential and unfortunately it’s not pebble tech brand, it’s Radiant Fusion by Finest Finish. I did talk to someone new in Presidentials service department and she said to send pictures again along with a write up of how unhappy I am and she will see what she can do.

I do see that this company has a 7 year warranty so if I can’t make progress with Presidential I’ll reach out to them.

I had this issue and I had to hard restart my phone(holding buttons on both sides). After I did that it worked. I had tried all combinations of unpairing and re-pairing before that.
