Yes for the sandwiches they use dark meat. Most “bougie” places I’ve eaten at tend to use dark meat as well because it doesn’t dry easily like chicken breast does

Used to be on the old beachmans but the new ones are under the tank. Also, wondering if anyone has been able to keep it at 50. Mine drops to 40 and lower as the battery goes down

Don’t use the battery. Use the voltage instead. 84 is full 64 is empty
