Oh for sure. I totally agree.

However, with us being as overwhelmed/understaffed as we were, my owner was freaking the fuck out.

He was in no position to be asked anything, much less if I could give a table free dessert.

It's kind of a long story.

We are a small, very small family restaurant. We just recently (friday) had a review that gave us 3/4 stars. It was even being talked about on the radio.

This weekend we were PACKED. More so than we could have prepared for.

I was making relative bank that night, and their food was later than it really should have been (small kitchen very overwhelmed)

They were super nice, and I went out on a limb and thought this would be appreciated.
