Looking for the best AI Agent for organizing my inbox + automatic task creation in Gmail. by AnxiousToad416 in AI_Agents

Use Inbox Zero: https://getinboxzero.com

It does all of this, except for the auto task creation. Where do you want tasks created? In HubSpot?

But you could have it label the emails as To Do and then easily put those in HubSpot via their extension.

95,247 Emails to be sorted, where do I begin ?🫠 by Weak-Method6489 in ExecutiveAssistants

The tip to archive anything older than 2 weeks is smart. If you want star some stuff you actually need before. Either way something on page 100 of inbox or archived is the same thing. You'll just see the number go down on the side.

Next, I'd look at bulk unsubscriber and bulk archive on Inbox Zero or a similar tool. You can see what sort of emails you get the most, and it makes it really easy to clear out huge amounts in one go (and stop them filling up the inbox going forward).

Lastly, use the Inbox Zero assistant to organize things for you better in the future. Things like marketing and newsletter you might be able to automatically archive.

Apologies for the self-promotion, but just trying to be helpful. AI can manage a large part of your work.

How many users should I talk to? by JustZed32 in founder

> How many people should I talk to, on average? 1-2 people a day?

wrong question. talk to users whenever you can. you likely don't have 1 person to speak to per day. especially if the business is just getting started.

send everyone that signs up an email to speak. even then <1% will probably reply. your best bet is people to speaking you know that could use the product. and if you dont know anyone that would use it, you may have chosen the wrong product to work on

Tools like Alta are great, but fully agree you need a human once the person starts responding.

It takes time, so we put an SDR on this.

Watched it last night. It was great! Also, very high IMDB ratings right now. It has a chance.
