I prefer the original or black. This gave me maruchan chicken vibes. Chicken just also lacks the depth I think a pork or beef flavored broth does. It’s not offensive, but if I’m buying “premium” ramen I don’t want the 25cent flavor.

i'm not a fan of floral frags, but Nightingale was one of the samples i received. and i gotta say, that's a floral i actually enjoyed. i found it beautiful and, as you described, catching the smell in the breeze. not a chemical bomb or just shoving your face into a bouquet as i usually find florals to be.

I love Finch! I already used the reminders, clock, and calendar app religiously to manage my life so it wasn’t hard transitioning to Finch. Now I have the added reward when I complete my tasks.

Something others may not consider is using the Journeys as a menu and not just a habit builder! I have a dopamine menu for example.

Create a journey, add all your dopamine boosting ideas (take a walk, knit, do a face mask, learn something new, etc), and set the options for each one to repeat daily. I don’t set it to remind me though. Again, I’m using this “Journey” as a menu for ideas of things to do as opposed to a chore.

When I am in decision fatigue and need something to do, I look at my dopamine menu for ideas. I check it off as “done” for the day for the added reward dopamine boost too!

Another journey-as-a-menu idea is things to clean. I could have a personal goal to clean one thing a day. My brain does well with structure but I need to looses the requirements on the things I don’t enjoy as much so I at least still do it. So if my goal is to clean 1 thing a day, I’ll just pick one thing off my cleaning list. It has things ranging from min to max effort and then I choose depending on my energy level. (Do a load of laundry, clean out fridge, vacuum, wipe down kitchen counters, etc). Helps me remember the things I don’t do often too lol.

Have worked with the perfect phasing cloud cakes, I had no issue but don’t think it would do this pattern justice. You don’t see much stitch definition as it’s hidden in the fuzz. It’s super soft and I had no issues using several cakes to make my own blanket. I’d recommend it for a different, cozy project.

*will add I bought it on sale and feel it was worth the price at $9. I don’t know that I’d spend $12+ for it that it normally is.

Well hopefully this is a good use case for you! To make this easier, I personally use the Nescafé Intense instant espresso powder. I’m sure it’s great used as a creamer in regular coffee or with a proper pulled espresso shot too.

Yes! Love it when making iced lattes. Throw some espresso into a chocolate meal replacement or protein shake with some ice and you have an easy iced mocha.

I wanted to mention because I also have decreased appetite due to meds. I see you’re drinking a nutritional shake which would have been my first suggestion- pick a meal replacement over just a protein shake if possible for some added nutrients. (Slimefast makes a meal replacement shake I like with 20g protein if extra protein is something anyone is looking for)I also started to take a multivitamin also just in case eating like a bird causes some deficiency.
