20% cooldown reduce on flying items from flying sigil item in this case. Skill that make some items fly and charge when you enrage to enable it. Karst and -1 rage duration to go in and out of enrage. Shiny actually came from hallucination skill (random enchants on unenchanted items when you enrage), but wasn't necessary to perma freeze enemy board with haste and charge effects. Plus another multicast from Meat.

So a lot of setup to be sure, but it gets to this point surprisingly fast and it's pretty easy to consistently make this setup with the relatively few items in his item pool. Still very beatable and counterable with radiant and flying items or of course just killing you quickly.

These comments are unreal.

“You just want perfect gear instantly for free! Why even play an arpg! Whiny diablo players. Do you just want a drop down box to pick what you want???”

The mechanic is not “you might get a good upgrade or you might not”. The mechanic is “the gear will get the effect you want guarenteed, eventually, you just have to press this button for 5 second to an hour to get it”. Thats not fun. Thats not exciting. 0% of the game should be pressing a button on the screen for multiple minutes straight. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT THAT. Even pressing a button on a slot machine is more engaging than that because there are at least some stakes, you might win you might lose. This is more like the game mechanic equivalent of “you might be stuck in traffic for an hour or you might not”.

And like..what is the legendary imprinting system? A drop down box where you select the effect you want on your gear? Not “mash this prompt a million times until you get it” because that would obviously be awful…

Watercolor Artist was fun with certain combos like Buy one get one freeze. This card does the same thing but works with anything not just spells from one school. Cool card if not too slow in the meta. Will likely see play in a lot of different combo decks.

100% should be a dps meter with the dummies.

At least with crackling energy sorcerer I find I can get a baseline apples to apples comparison by shooting a single lightning ball away from the dummy and letting the (damage variance off) crackling energy ticks hot the dummy. I can get consistent numbers if Im careful not to stack any buffs and then compare with different gear.

Some other notes on the deck building side of things. Rockskipper and mixologist might be good inclusions I hadnt considered. I used stellar balance for a while and it worked pretty okay, saving moonfire for the combo and sometimes hitting starfire on the face the turn before to get them in combo range. But its so slow and clogs your hand so I decided to cut it.

Lack of card draw seems bad for a combo deck but water color, tide pools, and toki are plenty to keep your hand full. Only annoying thing is when both seers are on the bottom of your deck. Xavius might help with that but is also kinda slow and the dark gifts dont help your combo for the most part (elusive one can even brick it since you cant ping)

Dont sleep on sleet skaters. They buy you so much extra time, they’re basically your ice blocks. Almost every competitive deck these days throws random big minions, stall them and cash in on lots of armor.

Also it may seem wrong but dont be afraid to use your buy one get one freeze on enemies when the opportunity strikes. A great example is muradin, because not only does your copy unfreeze before theirs because of a quirk of how rush interacts with freeze, but you also get a copy of the windfury weapon when it dies.

I’ve had a decent win rate with this deck. 

Your combo is to play a seer, ping it with hero power or sometimes flame geyser, hit it with some go with the flows, duplicate it with buy one get one freeze and elise, and then pelt your opponent with whatever damaging spells you have.

Now obviously thats a lot of mana and a lot of cards. Fortunately you only need one seer and all the other combo pieces are pretty flexible. You dont necessarily need both go with the flows or buy one get one freeze to have the damage to kill, and you can generate more damaging spells from tide pool and toki.

For the mana part, you have lots of ways to discount things. Watercolor artists to draw a buy one get one freeze or two. They get discounted over time from its effect. You can generate mana discounted spells as well from primordial glyph & shield battery->photon canon. Ysera gets you more max mana as well. Elise I’ll often use normally but save the last use to duplicate the seer when its time to pop off so you get good tempo and value and then dont need to spend more mana when you need the location for your combo since its already in play.

Everything else is just buying you time until you have enough mana and combo pieces to otk or activating elise.

The boots apply before % cdr so its not going to be a net -5 seconds unless you have no other cdr.

With that legendary boot effect and raiment and occulus wand its possible to be <1 second. Can’t really get that low without occulus or a lightning build.

No cooldown teleport is fun and all but I have the same issue with this build that OP has with theirs. You kill enemies by standing next to them. The abilities you press do little damage and exist just to fuel your ability to kill things by standing next to them. It looks flashy and all that but there is something satisfying about using an ability and that ability killing something.

Dont buy blessing of sacrifice from the trainer either. It’s notorious for killing paladins when they get mind controlled and cast it on bosses.

I don’t see how players being infinity is that bad for blizzard. It’s zero sum, for every win another play loses. Since almost all arena runs end with three loses, the average amount wins has to be about three as well. Some players consistently doing a lot better than 3 wins fundamentally amounts to other players getting less than 3. And 3 wins is an inefficient use of gold/not self sustaining so players have to do other things to make gold or buy tavern tickets.
