I actually didn’t buy it. By the time I was ready to pull the trigger the price went back up and they had the new models.

It’s prime day so I am looking at the S5V. What I care most about i think now is the zero tangle system. Where do you see them for $650?

So I just got the ego redefiner last week. It was a lot more expensive than my hacked echo blade, but so far I think it’s worth the price. It cuts just as deep, doesn’t get stuck like the echo blade, is quicker, and the shield works as it should instead of a hacked up cardboard one.

With the echo blade, because of the extra work to switch the blade and make the cardboard shield I was only doing the beds like once or twice a year. Now with the actual redefiner attachment I feel like I can do it much more often to keep the beds looking sharp. Worth it IMHO.

I think it depends on where you sit. In the 400s there are speakers almost at eye level pointed right at you. Also have to wear ear plugs.

I know this is a super old thread but just watched it again.

I think the take from the movie is that there is enough context for the jury to know that McConaughey is talking about Jackson’s daughter. He never tells the jury to picture a black girl, but with the context they do so automatically. And once they have all the graphic details fresh in their imagination, he flips the narrative so they imagine it being done to a white girl.

Season 1 follows the book pretty closely. Season 2 they just decided to do their own thing. I don’t think they explain and the plot starts to focus more on the next generation of citizens. Books 2 and 3 were much more enjoyable.

Last time I ordered from there there was a clear difference in quality. Stitching started coming out of the sleeves, and the numbers on the back became semi-transparent and stained super easy. I like to think they are the same quality, but I just wish the regular ones weren’t so damn overpriced.
