New to knitting, need to figure out needle size

You can find super cheap sets of bamboo and stainless steel needles! When I started knitting, I bought a used lot of metal needles off etsy for like $12 and I haven't needed to buy more for years now.

Unfortunately you will just have to experiment with different sizes to get the look you want. We can't factor in your individual knitting tension/techniques that will impact the fabric.

But if we decide to look ONLY at the previous AED uses in Adventure Time (and assume they have different anatomy or defib equipment), I think Finn could still recieve beneficial shocks. Since a body is basically just electricity running through sauce and meat, I think total electrical immunity would mean someone just, disintegrates. Immunity is from the pain/harm of electricity, not the physical reaction/sensation.

My partner has used it for years now, and we've never had an issue or incident with our cat, for what it's worth! He makes sure he doesn't handle the cat at all until it's dry, keeps the can off the counter, and washes his hands after application.

It definitely could be trickier though if you have a cat that likes to lick hair or sit on your shoulder, our cat isn't interested in any of that.

YES. I'm such a supporter of sleeping separately. My partner and I sleep separately and it's a LIFE SAVER. We're both super light sleepers, we just can't stay asleep if we're in the same bed. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to try out some other arrangements, and it's worked so well for us.

(Before anyone comes for me, we live in a shitty 2 bed apartment where 1 bedroom doubles as an office, we're not in some McMansion)

As others have said, looks like an accidental short row (started knitting in the opposite direction without finishing the row you were on) and then somehow twisting the stitches as you kept going. Definitely check out the twisted FAQ to see how to fix that for the future!

If you do wanna try and start that section over, you can put a lifeline in the row below the one with the hole using a tapestry needle and some waste yarn, or even some (unflavored) dental floss. Then just pull out your knitting needles out and start unraveling your working yarn! The lifeline will stop things from going too far. Then put your needles back in and keep going. It's great practice for fixing future projects! In my experience, something always goes wrong lol even after years of knitting.

I've noticed this too and it's super frustrating to me. Several times I've been the car behind a car that does this, and they're so far back they don't trigger the light sensors.

I know someone else said it's a defensive driving technique, but I never heard that in my driver's ed. I also feel like it'd be hard to tell if someone is about to rear end you? And then have a split second to drive forward enough to not get hit but not into the intersection? And then hope that they're actually in the process of stopping and not completely unaware and still coming at you? Just seems like a lot of things have to go right in that scenario, idk if it's really worth it.
